Refund Policy

We want to ensure you are happy with the product you buy on our website. If you need to chat with us about your order, please contact us on 087 056 3500 alternatively, send us an email at sales@as2.co.za or write to us on our website (see our Contact page).

If you purchased your product direct from AS² Accounting Software Solutions (either online or over the phone), then you should contact us in accordance with this Returns Policy. If you bought from another Sage supplier such as an independent Sage Business Partner, an accountant, or a retailer, you must return it to them in accordance with their guidelines.

1. Software Returns & license only upgrades

The software can be returned and downloads reimbursed within 30 days of the date of purchase (this period begins on the date you place your order) provided:- it is in its original condition, i.e., unopened; the software has not been installed or registered.

If it has, we may ask you to complete and submit a motivation for a reason for the return. We will send the request to our supplier and liaise with you on the outcome of the matter.

2. Stationery Returns

Stationery orders can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase (this period begins on the date you place and pay for your order), provided the order is unused.

3. Return Shipping

If the goods are faulty or sent in error Sage will cover all costs of the return. Otherwise, we would kindly ask that you return the goods at your own expense and ensure that you take adequate measures of their safe return. Unfortunately, AS² cannot be responsible for lost packages. As you would expect, this Policy does not have any effect on your statutory rights.

4. How do I return something?

5. Our right to cancel an order

We may cancel your order if a product that has been ordered is not available. In the event that this happens, we will let you know the product is not available and endeavor to help you find an alternative product that meets your need.
